Darius Woo is an architect and co-founder of Kasawoo, interested in how thoughtful, resourceful design can generate positive change in the built environment and wider society.
Since 2023, Darius has been a Design Fellow at the Department of Architecture, University of Cambridge, where he leads an undergraduate design studio exploring gentle urbanism and resourcefulness as an architectural ethic. He served as a board member of NW3 Community Land Trust between 2022 and 2026.
Darius holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge. He is a registered architect in the UK and New York, and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the American Institute of Architects.

Katie Kasabalis is an urbanist, architect and co-founder of Kasawoo, interested in how design can create more liveable, equitable and sustainable cities.
Since 2025, Katie has been a Design Fellow at the Department of Architecture, University of Cambridge, where she teaches graduate design studio. She has also taught at the Architectural Association, UCL’s Bartlett School of Architecture, the University of Virginia and Cornell University, and was a Visiting Senior Fellow at LSE Cities between 2019 and 2020.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design with distinction from Harvard University. She is a registered architect-engineer in Greece and a member of the Greek Association of Architects.

Yolande Wang is an architect, co-founder of YO.Q and studio director at Kasawoo, where she leads the studio’s work across the Asia Pacific. She has been part of the Kasawoo team since 2021.
Her work spans architecture, interiors, furniture and exhibition design, with an interest in how materials, narratives and spatial experiences challenge familiar ways of seeing and inhabiting the world. She has worked across Australia, Southeast Asia and China. Through YO.Q and Kasawoo, she has led projects across the region, with work published internationally.
Yolande studied architecture at the University of Sydney and the Architectural Association in London.
